Ayurveda means "Science of Life", and the treatments that are part of this ancient holistic system include a variety of therapies, such as traditional Abhyanga Massage and Warm Herbal Oil Massage. Abhyanga Massage begins with Garshana - an exfoliation of the skin using 100% raw silk gloves worn by the therapist. Benefits include improved circulation, lymphatic movement, and improved skin tone. This is followed by a massage with warmed Ayurvedic Massage oil infused with Ashwagandha in a base of Organic Sesame oil. This results in relaxation, nourishment of skin and muscles, increased energy, and promotion of longevity.
Currently available Thursdays and Fridays from 4pm - 7pm, Saturdays from 9am - 4pm, and Sundays by special request.
