Accepted Methods of Payment
20 West Organic Spa accepts all major credit and debit cards, 20 West gift cards, cash, check, and Zelle.

Cancelation Policy
We respectfully request notification of at least 24 hours when canceling, rescheduling, or changing the type of appointment so that we may offer the openings to other clients and make the necessary changes to our staffing schedule. Any appointment that is not canceled, rescheduled, or changed with at least 24 hours notice will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the price of the session booked, which will be charged to the credit card you provided to us at the time of booking. Appointments scheduled for spa services within the 24-hour window must be pre-paid and are non-refundable.

Gratuities
It is customary to leave gratuity when receiving massage, skin care, and esthetic services if you’re happy with the professionalism of the service provided. Gratuity amounts are left to your discretion — though the average tip is generally around 20%, with some clients choosing to leave more for excellent service.

New Client Intake Forms
New clients will be asked to complete a short New Client Intake Form prior to your appointment online, or upon arrival on paper before your appointment. Please plan to arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you have ample time to complete the form and prepare for your pampering to begin.

Scheduling Appointments
All scheduled appointments must be reserved with a valid credit card or pre-paid. Your credit card will not be charged in advance unless a cancellation policy is enacted. Upon checkout, you may pay by credit or debit card, gift card, cash, Zelle, or check. We do charge a 3% surcharge for all card payments. Appointments scheduled for spa services within the 24-hour window are non-refundable.

When to Arrive
We ask that you arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your appointment; allowing ample time to park, check-in, complete a New Client Intake Form if this is your first visit, and transition your mind into our tranquil space, all of which will allow your treatment to start at ease and on time. It is important that you arrive on time to receive your full treatment time. We respect all of our guest’s schedules and are unable to extend your treatment time due to late arrivals.

Where to Park
Several parking spaces are available directly in front of our spa entrance. If those spaces are full, please park across the street along the side of the road.

Zen Zone / Quiet Space
We strive to provide a tranquil, relaxing environment for all guests at our spa. While inside the spa, we ask that you please refrain from cell phone use, speak with soft voices, and walk with quiet feet.

Spa FAQs
Do I have to undress?
It depends on the service you’ve chosen and your comfort level. If you’re receiving a facial, you’ll just need to remove clothes from the waist up. If you’re receiving a Thai massage on the table, or Reiki energy work session, you’ll remain fully clothed, and loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. For all other types of massage or body treatments, please undress to your comfort level, which for you might be undressing fully, or if you’re more comfortable wearing underwear, please do so. Keep in mind, you’ll be modestly covered at all times, and only the area being worked on by your therapist will be exposed. The breasts and genital areas are never exposed.

How often should I get a facial?
At a minimum, once a month! In addition to your daily skin care routine, facials should be thought of as skin maintenance. With the strong Florida sun, and the stress of daily life, a once-a-month facial helps to nourish, hydrate, and repair your skin to keep you looking and feeling your best! If you have previous skin damage, injuries, or reoccurring, stubborn skin concerns, more frequent facials may be recommended.

How often should I get a massage?
At a minimum, once a month! Every body benefits from a once a month maintenance massage. If you have chronic injuries, you’re recovering from trauma, or are under high stress, you’ll want to get massaged more frequently. We have many clients who come in weekly, some who come in every two weeks, and others who get a monthly massage. However, if your schedule only allows you to only come in every once in a while, please do so - your body, mind and spirit will thank you for it!
