I have been getting massages for quite a few years at several businesses. For the past year or more I have gone to 20 West and I have never been happier! In my opinion Adilia is the best in her field and I could not possibly give her as high of a recommendation as she deserves! You will not go wring with 20 West!

Had a facial with Lidiya. The facial was absolutely wonderful! Lidiya has magic hands, is full of knowledge and to top it off a great personality. Lidiya went above and beyond to make my visit pleasant. Not only did a facial took the time to explain my skin care routine and my needs. Lidiya also shaped and tinted my eyebrows and I love her work. I can’t wait to visit again.

Lidiya acts as a coach while teaching clients how to enhance their skin. Her facial was relaxing, educational and well worth it. I shall try her suggested organic, natural procedures instead of expensive moisturizing creams. I left feeling rejuvenated.

Amazing quaint day spa. My husband and I booked two 90 minute massages that were amazing. The therapists are very professional with such a loving touch. They truly love what they do. My girlfriend and I went back for a ultimate body exfoliating treatment that included a full body scrub, seaweed mask, massage and a mini facial. Felt like it lasted forever but never enough. My skin is still glowing.. Highly recommend!!! Elizabeth, Lidyia were amazing

As someone diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer—with lymph node involvement—undergoing treatment was one of the most physically and emotionally challenging periods of my life. Alongside my medical care, I began 10 sessions of HOCATT therapy at 20 West Organic Spa, along with red light therapy and lymphatic drainage. The difference was incredible. These treatments helped me manage the harsh side effects of cancer drugs—less fatigue, better circulation, and an overall feeling of strength returning to my body. The HOCATT gave me moments of relief, both physically and mentally, that I didn’t think were possible during cancer treatment. I truly believe it played a role in my recovery, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to support their body while going through something this difficult. Adelia and her team offer not just wellness, but also hope.
